I recently stopped by Johnny Rockets and had an amazing experience thanks to Sherling. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and her genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. Throughout my visit, she was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, and let me just say, It was fantastic! The steak was tender, the cheese melted perfectly, and the flavors were on point. Honestly, between Sherling’s great service and the delicious food, I had such a great time. I’ll definitely be back! Also the tots were pretty amazing too.

I came here to get a quick bite before my lunch ends because I work at the mall. The service was remarkable. I notice it was only 2 people working but the person who was on Monday morning did a fantastic job while dealing with online ordering and dine in service. My food came out pretty fast fries were cooked to perfection hot and fresh and the burger that I ordered was super good *shout out to the cook* and the chocolate peanut butter shake ! Ugh so good. I will be coming back to try other stuff on the menu!

The Milkshakes were sooooo good. The patty was so tender in the burger. One of the cook, Daniel, I think that's what his name was. He deserves a raise! Immediately when I arrived he was the only cook, and even then he was so calm and respectful. His interactions seemed so genuine even when he couldn't understand me. He really seemed like he cared about his job.

Had a really good meal! Literally love everything. And the milkshakes are so good. The chef guy Daniel, I believe is his name, is awesome too! I messed up my order and he was willing redo it with no complain! Really nice!

I had an excellent customer service experience. The guy who served me spoke both languages, was very helpful with the menu and had a lot of patience. I will definitely come back thanks to the help I received. Waiter Stherling, thank you for your help, I really appreciate it!

It’s a large mall so it’s noisy. But the customer service is exceptional. The manager Carmen literally runs the main dining area and the counter tops. She is incredibly hard working. I always leave a large tip when I visit. She makes it more than a burger place.
